What You’ll Do for The Brand:
Team Coordination and Support:
- Prioritize the team’s projects.
- Provide administrative support to the team, ensuring the necessary resources are available for smooth operations.
- Act as a liaison between the team and other departments or stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration within the team and with external teams.
- Updating Time and Attendance through Jarison
Scheduling and Resource Management:
- Develop and manage team schedules, ensuring that deadlines are met.
- Coordinate meetings, events, and activities to align with project timelines.
- Track and manage team resources (equipment, materials, etc.) to support team objectives.
Tracking and Reporting:
- Monitor and track the progress of ongoing tasks, projects, and deliverables.
- Prepare and present regular status reports to management on team performance, challenges, and achievements.
- Maintain accurate records of team activities, including attendance, productivity, and resource usage.
Problem-Solving
- Assist in identifying challenges and obstacles faced by the team and work towards effective solutions.
Process Improvement:
- Assist in reviewing and improving team workflows and processes.
- Help implement new systems or practices to increase the team’s efficiency.
- Contribute ideas and strategies to enhance overall team performance.
General Administrative Duties:
- Maintain and organize team files, documents, and other resources.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Support team members with administrative tasks as required
