Key Responsibility Areas

  • Identifies and defines the immediate, short and long term objectives/plans associated with the delivery of a structural engineering management services.
  • Directs and controls the key activities/programmes associated with structural engineering design and construction projects.
  • Manages the formulation of specific contracts and tender documents and controls contractual obligations.
  • Conceive, interpret and align structural concepts.
  • Disseminates strategic, functional and operational information on the immediate, short and long term objectives and current developments problems and constraints. 

Essential Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Bachelor of Engineering (NQF Level 8) in Civil Engineering. 
  • Registered as a Professional Civil Engineer with the Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA).
  • Valid motor vehicle driving license.
  • 7 years relevant experience of which 5 years must be post registration experience
