Key Responsibility Areas

  • Oversees the efficient and effective performance of a designated one stop shop.
  • Responsible to supervise and monitor the performance at satellite centres.
  • Compiles annual estimates for capital and operational needs in conjunction with the Manager.
  • Monitors and controls expenditure within the units approved estimates.
  • Interacts with relevant stakeholders.

Essential Requirements

  • Diploma (NQF Level 6) in the Administrative field.
  • Valid motor vehicle driving license.
  • 4 years relevant experience in customer and client care.
  • Computer Literacy.

Preferred Requirements

  • Degree (NQF Level 7) in the Administrative field.
  • 5 Years relevant experience.
