Responsibilities:
- Tenders & Proposals: Identify and evaluate tenders/RFPs/RFIs, compile responses, and track success rates.
- Project Management & Billing: Register projects, maintain billing forecasts, issue invoices, manage debtors, and oversee collections.
- ISO Compliance: Ensure adherence to ISO processes, conduct audits, and report compliance.
- Petty Cash Management: Record, allocate, and reconcile monthly expenses.
- General Administration: Maintain financial records, manage personnel files and office supplies, and assist the Financial/Branch Manager as needed.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Accounting/Bookkeeping.
- 3+ years of experience in financial administration.
- Experience with accounting and project management software (Proman experience is a plus).
- Proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Strong time management, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of ISO requirements and audits.
