Job Description

• A South African payment solutions provider and bill aggregator that lets customers pay bills, subscriptions, municipal accounts, and insurance using a unique reference number, is seeking a Business Analyst to support the development and delivery of innovative payment solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Requirements Management: Gather, document, and manage business, functional, and reporting requirements; handle change requests and maintain BA documentation.
• Process & Workflow Documentation: Map business procedures, workflows, and operational processes.
• Project & PMO Support: Assist with project delivery, backlog grooming, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure features meet specs.
• Process Improvement: Continuously refine and optimize analysis tools, frameworks, and team processes.

Minimum Requirements:

• Experience: 3–5 years of Business Analyst experience within the payments sector (retail, digital, banking, card schemes, EFT, settlement, acquiring).
• Education: Relevant tertiary qualification.
• Technical & Tooling Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Jira, Confluence, Draw.io, and Visio.
• Soft Skills & Communication: Fluent in professional English (additional languages a plus) with excellent cross-functional stakeholder management.
• Licensing: Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transport.
