Description
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management and Ownership
- Independently manage end-to-end paid media campaigns across key platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Meta, DV360, TikTok, LinkedIn), with accountability for performance delivery. Translate media strategies into well-structured, executable media plans with clearly defined KPIs, budgets, and measurement frameworks. Oversee accurate campaign setup, trafficking, targeting, and creative implementation across platforms. Ensure tracking and tagging (UTMs, pixels, floodlights) are correctly implemented in collaboration with data and analytics teams.
- Actively manage budgets and pacing to ensure optimal spend efficiency and performance delivery. Maintain high standards of platform hygiene, including naming conventions, account structure, and documentation.
- Ensure adherence to brand guidelines, compliance requirements, and client-specific regulations.
Optimisation, Analysis, and Reporting
- Lead ongoing campaign optimisation across audiences, bids, creatives, placements, and formats to improve efficiency and outcomes. Analyse performance trends to identify insights, risks, and growth opportunities across accounts. Translate data into clear, actionable recommendations that inform future media decisions.
- Own regular performance reporting, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and relevance for both internal and client stakeholders. Contribute to testing roadmaps (A/B testing, creative experimentation, audience refinement) and evaluate results rigorously.
Strategy & Growth Contribution
- Support senior team members in shaping channel strategies and performance approaches across clients.
- Conduct deeper audience analysis, competitor benchmarking, and market research to inform campaign planning.
- Stay up to date with platform developments, beta opportunities, and industry trends, proactively identifying opportunities for innovation. Begin contributing to broader performance narratives - connecting paid media outcomes to business and brand objectives.
Collaboration & Client Engagement
- Work closely with account managers, strategists, creatives, and data teams to deliver integrated performance solutions. Participate confidently in internal and client meetings, contributing insights and performance perspectives. Support junior team members through knowledge-sharing, guidance, and best-practice input.
Act as a reliable point of contact for day-to-day paid media delivery on assigned accounts.
We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 3–5 years’ hands-on experience in paid media or performance marketing roles.
- Strong working knowledge of major paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta, Programmatic environments). Relevant certifications (Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, DV360) strongly preferred. Strong analytical capability, with confidence working in Excel / Google Sheets and interpreting performance data. Ability to balance detail-orientation with strategic thinking.
- Clear, confident written and verbal communication skills. A proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. Demonstrated curiosity, resilience, and appetite for continuous learning.
