Overview

• Our client is looking for a proactive, organized, and efficient Administrative Assistant to support their growing UK pharmacy delivery service.
• This is a fully remote position, ideal for someone who can manage their time independently while maintaining strong attention to detail.
• Your primary responsibility will be to manage and convert incoming leads into registered patients through an onboarding system.
• Full training will be provided on the process and tools used. This role is key to ensuring a smooth and consistent experience for every new patient joining our service.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end onboarding of new patients using the company’s internal system
• Convert incoming leads into active patients by following a structured process
• Maintain accurate records and update the system with relevant information
• Liaise with patients via email or phone as needed to complete onboarding
• Handle general administrative tasks related to patient setup and compliance
• Report progress and issues regularly to your UK based line manager

• Matric + Relevant Qualifications
• Sales or Marketing / Customer Service  experience
• Excellent administrative and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow processes accurately
• Able to multi-task and manage time effectively in a remote setting
• Self-motivated, reliable, and capable of working independently
• Confident communicator with good written and verbal English
• Comfortable using tech platforms and learning new systems
• A background in pharmacy or healthcare is a plus, but not essential
