STOCK CONTROL
- Daily / Weekly / Monthly stock takes on raw materials
- Making sure that items are correct on Quickbooks
- When substituting (out of stock items) change design and keep track of changes
- Keep Stock of items in Storage Unit (own transport and a valid driver’s license a plus – storage unit is situated 1km from factory)
- Monthly stock takes on Finished Goods
ADMINISTRATION
- Calculating average monthly usage of raw materials
- Daily Capturing of Production
- Typing of Invoices
- Create Suggested Orders to suppliers in China / Brazil / India etc. to be signed off by MD
- Receive stock and bring into system
- Place packaging / production material orders with local suppliers
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be a team player with
- Strong IT Skills (MS Word, MS Excel)
- Quickbooks Preferable but working with BILL OF MATERIALS essential and non-negotiable
- Will report directly to MD and work closely with production team
