• Manage daily site operations, coordinating resources, personnel and contractors while ensuring safety, quality, compliance and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Grade 12 / Matric – essential
• NQF Level 6 National Diploma in Mining – essential
• NQF Level 7 Mining / Engineering qualification advantageous
• 3–5 years’ site or operations management experience in mining or materials handling
• Strong leadership experience
• Proven materials handling experience, including coal stockpile management, sloping and feeder loading
• Knowledge of Permit to Work, Risk Assessments and Method Statements
• Computer literate – MS Office
• Valid driver’s licence
• Ability to work independently, under pressure and on shifts/standby
