Job Description

• Supporting service delivery in commercial technical operations, this position coordinates daily workflows to ensure equipment installations, maintenance, and repair services. The role is essential in providing reliable operational support, managing client communications, and keeping technical teams aligned with service commitments. Immediate start.
• Based full-time on site in Johannesburg, this role takes ownership of key administrative functions, customer interaction, and service workflow tracking.

Key Responsibilities

• Supplier & Stock Management: Develop and maintain strong working relationships with suppliers, negotiate competitive pricing, secure availability of critical spare parts, and monitor stock levels for essential components.
• Technical Team Coordination: Allocate and prioritise jobs for technicians, ensure all required tools, spares, and resources are supplied, and monitor job progress to maintain high-quality completion.
• Customer & Service Support: Receive and manage incoming service calls, generate accurate quotations, perform approval follow-ups, and keep clients updated regarding job status, timelines, and outcomes.
• Internal Administration & Reporting: Process job cards, track technician activity and invoices, and compile accurate monthly sales and service reports with exceptional attention to detail.
• Business Development Support: Re-engage lapsed customers, track warranty periods and service schedules, and identify opportunities for additional sales or service offerings.
