Key Responsibilities and Deliverables

ICT Strategy & Governance

• Develop & implement ICT roadmap. Promote governance frameworks & ICT compliance

Systems Development & Integration

• Manage digital platforms (HR, Finance, LMS, CRM). Improve automation & data flow

Data Management & Analytics

• Ensure data accuracy, reporting integrity & analytics capability

Cybersecurity & Risk Assurance

• Protect systems and data Maintain disaster recovery & business continuity controls

ICT Service Delivery & Support 

• Monitor SLAs and end-user experience. Optimise system uptime

Vendor & Contract Management

• Manage service providers and ICT procurement compliance

 Audit & Regulatory Compliance

• Fulfil ICT compliance for PFMA, AGSA, POPIA & governance reviews

Infrastructure & Cloud Management

• Maintain hybrid/cloud infrastructure. Enable mobility & secure access

Team Capacity & Leadership

• Build ICT delivery & data analysis capability Skills transfer & performance alignment

Requirements

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Experience and Qualification

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in ICT, Computer Science, Information Systems (NQF 7). Honours/Masters in ICT, Digital Transformation or Data Management will be an added advantage.
• Minimum of 6 years’ experience in ICT operations & data management, 3 years of which should be at senior management level.
• Affiliation with ITIL. COBIT, PMP, Cybersecurity Certification or equivalent will be an added advantage.
