Qualifications:

• Relevant Degree in Information Systems, IT, Business, or related field
• Product Owner, ERP, or Project Management certifications advantageous

Requirements:

• Proven SYSPRO ERP experience essential
• Experience leading ERP implementation projects
• Strong business process and systems analysis skills
• Experience gathering and translating business requirements
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience within manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain environments advantageous

KPAs:

• Lead and drive SYSPRO ERP implementation projects
• Define and prioritise product and project requirements
• Engage with business stakeholders and implementation partners
• Ensure successful system adoption and process optimisation
• Manage ERP enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives
• Bridge the gap between business objectives and technical delivery
