Attorney (Third Party Claims) Job at Perfect Placement Recruitment

Job Duties:

• Handle and manage third-party matters and claims
• Run and manage the office in PE
• Provide legal advice and support to clients in relation to third-party matters
• Manage matters from initial instruction through to resolution
• Draft and review relevant legal documentation
• Liaise with clients, third parties, insurers and other relevant stakeholders
• Conduct legal research and prepare matters as required
• Ensure accurate and timely management of case files and documentation

Requirements:

• LLB degree
• Admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa
• Experience in third-party claims/matters is essential
• Strong knowledge of relevant legal procedures and legislation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organisational and case-management abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple matters effectively
• Based in or willing to relocate to Port Elizabeth
