Job Description

• A major office technology and automation solutions provider are seeking a driven, self-motivated New Business Sales Executive who will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and closing new business opportunities across our core product portfolios, including Telecommunications, Office Automation, Solar & Inverter Solutions, CCTV Security, and Business Software.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively cold-call, network, and canvas target businesses across the Western Cape to secure new client accounts.
• Consultative Selling: Conduct thorough needs analyses for prospective clients to recommend tailored solutions across Telecoms, Power (Solar/Inverters), Security, and Software.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain and manage a healthy sales pipeline from initial contact through to deal closure using CRM tools.
• Product Presentations & Demonstrations: Deliver compelling proposals, financial ROI models, and product demonstrations to key decision-makers.
• Closing Deals: Negotiate contractual terms and successfully close sales to achieve or exceed monthly revenue and gross profit targets.
• Market Awareness: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technological advancements, and competitor offerings.

Minimum Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 2–5 years of proven outbound B2B sales success within at least two of the following sectors:
• Telecommunications (PABX, VoIP, Connectivity)
• Office Automation (Copiers, Managed Print Services)
• Renewable Energy (Solar Solutions, Inverters, Backup Power)
• Security (CCTV, Access Control)
• Business Software / SaaS
• Track Record: Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales quotas.
• Driver’s License: Valid South African Code 08 driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle (essential).
