Business Analyst (IT Projects) needed at SoluGrowth Pty Ltd

Job Description

• We are seeking a dynamic Business Analyst to join our team at SoluGrowth. This role will act as a crucial intermediary between our operational managers and BA consultants, ensuring effective communication and delivery of IT projects. The ideal candidate will have strong IT experience, specifically in gathering business requirements, translating them into clear specifications for developers, and overseeing the work of other consultants.

Job Requirements
Key Responsibilities: 

• Collaborate with operational managers to understand project goals and requirements. 
• Conduct thorough analysis and documentation of business processes and workflows. 
• Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications for developers. 
• Oversee and guide the work of other BA consultants to ensure alignment with project objectives. 
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and refine project scopes. 
• Assist in project planning, including resource allocation and timeline management. 
• Provide ongoing support to developers during the implementation phase. 
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.

Minimum Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in informatics, Computer Science, or a related field. 
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team. 
• Located in Gauteng, South Africa
