Component Prep Operator Job at Fresenius Kabi

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Clean, prepare, and wrap equipment
• Sterilize equipment
• Rinse and store equipment
• Verify condition of equipment and report any problems/issues to process leader
• Document all steps as per SOP
• Operation of the vial washer and vial sterilizing tunnel (when required) as per relevant SOP
• To clean all equipment used during the daily tasks and keep a record of such cleaning
• To sanitise area daily
• Keep work environment clean at all times
• Preparation of filters
• Completion of relevant sections of the batch book
• Train identified personnel on all related items relevant to operation and maintenance of the equipment.
• Ensure daily target is met
• From time to time, carry out other jobs within the factory /department, consistent with the grade qualification and training of the incumbent.

Requirements

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum Grade 12 with Maths and Science.
• 1-2 years experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Computer literate.
• Procedural knowledge preferred.
