Senior Marketing Manager – Hilton Job at Accountancy Placements

• Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Senior Marketing Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage client relationships and ensure high-quality service delivery
• Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with client and business objectives
• Plan, manage, and deliver integrated marketing campaigns within scope, budget, and deadlines
• Coordinate and brief creative, web, and other internal teams to ensure effective campaign delivery
• Oversee social media, email, paid advertising, and other digital marketing activities
• Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports and provide strategic recommendations
• Review and approve marketing content, ensuring accuracy, quality and brand alignment
• Liaise with the Web Department on website updates, content and optimisation
• Guide the marketing team and ensure consistent quality across deliverables

Requirements:

• Degree, diploma, or certification in Marketing, Brand Communications, Project Management, Business, Copywriting, or a related field
• 5–8 years’ marketing experience, including 2–3 years in a senior/lead role managing campaigns end-to-end
• Experience with Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Mailchimp, reporting and project management tools
• Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Excellent client relationship, communication and presentation skills
• Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy and quality control
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to brief and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Agency experience or experience in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment
• Knowledge of Google Ads and SEO fundamentals is advantageous; digital marketing or analytics certifications are beneficial
