SEASONED AGENTS: 70/30 COMMISSION SPLIT
KEY DUTIES & FUNCTIONS:
SALES

• Generate new seller and buyer leads
• Prospect for new business and build a client base
• List and market properties
• Conduct property viewings
• Negotiate offers and facilitate transactions
• Maintain regular client follow-ups
• Guide clients through the sales process

RENTALS

• Generate new landlord and tenant leads
• Source and market rental properties
• Qualify prospective tenants
• Conduct property viewings
• Process rental applications and required documentation
• Facilitate lease agreements
• Fresh entrants to the industry are welcome
• Experienced/seasoned agents are encouraged to apply
