Role Description:

• The Client Services Consultants (CSC) primary objective is to provide exceptional customer service to clients in the SCI Client Enablement: Retail Services business.
• This role involves building and maintaining long-lasting relationships with clients and financial advisers, providing exceptional experience and focusing on building trust and confidence.
• CSC will be the main contact for clients, providing them with prompt and precise information and addressing any issues or concerns they may encounter.

Role Responsibilities:

• Respond to client inquiries and requests via phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Provide accurate information about our products, services, and investment options.
• Assist clients with account opening, closing, and maintenance procedures.
• Resolve client complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless client experience.
• Keep up to date with industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Investment Management, or related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of collective investment schemes and financial markets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team.
