Internal Sales Support Job at Pollock & Associates

• A well-established manufacturer needs an Internal Sales Support specialist reporting to the Sales Manager. You will drive outbound telesales, quote on customer requirements and keep every order on track through to delivery.

What you will own

• Outbound telesales calls to new and existing customers
• Quotes and order processing for new and repeat jobs
• Order and delivery dates across the sales portfolio
• Customer queries on orders, pricing and delivery

What you bring

• Grade 12; a tertiary qualification in Administration or Sales is advantageous
• Proven telesales experience and confidence on outbound calls
• Knowledge of the label, print or packaging industry
• You treat every call as a chance to win business
• You keep the details right when deadlines stack up

Your technical toolkit

• Strong MS Excel, Word and Outlook
• Syspro or a similar ERP system (advantageous)
• Sound numeracy for accurate quoting
