Qualifications and Experience:

• A relevant degree or formal training in Business Analysis, Agile methodologies, DevOps, Product Ownership or a related discipline.
• A minimum of three years’ proven experience in a similar Business Analyst or digital product-focused role.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and DevOps methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Experience in business analytics, requirements analysis and process improvement.
• Experience in system design, system enhancements and continuous delivery through DevOps practices.
• A sound understanding of business operations, systems thinking and team dynamics.
• Proven experience working collaboratively with technical teams to translate business requirements into practical digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manage the direction, priorities and backlog of digital products and initiatives.
• Develop and maintain the necessary product documentation and delivery artefacts, including epics, user stories, features and clearly defined requirements.
• Translate business needs and strategic objectives into actionable initiatives that can be effectively delivered by technical teams.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, the CIO, Scrum Master and technical teams to ensure alignment on objectives, priorities and expected outcomes.
• Lead initiatives throughout the product lifecycle, from requirements definition and solution design through to implementation and user adoption.
• Facilitate effective communication between business and technical stakeholders to ensure a shared understanding of requirements and deliverables.
• Promote Agile and DevOps best practices, continuous improvement and effective ways of working.
• Identify opportunities to enhance business processes, improve system functionality, reduce risk and maximise the value delivered through technology.
• Ensure that digital solutions remain aligned with the organisation’s strategic vision and evolving business needs.
