• The Rola Motor Group is looking for a passionate individual to join their GWM Dealership as a Vehicle Sales Consultant. You will be responsible for building relationships with customers, providing expert advice on available vehicles, and offering financing and other services to help them make a confident and informed purchase.

Minimum Requirements

• Previous vehicle sales experience essential
• Min Grade 12
• Computer Literate and fluent in MS Office
• Valid Driver’s License
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• High level of motivation, initiative and integrity
• Sales and client services background essential

Duties and Responsibilities

• Networking and building relationships within the motor industry
• Drive sales to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
• Target new customers and business opportunities to aid portfolio growth
• Managing of sales process to ensure CSI
• Manage customer relationships, and deliver an efficient and effective service to both internal and external clients at all times
• Adhere to Dealer Standards and work within prescribed work processes
