Job Description

• A well-established manufacturing organisation is seeking reliable and motivated Line Machine Packers to join its production team.
• The successful candidates will be responsible for supporting the smooth operation of the production line, ensuring products are packed correctly and maintaining a clean, safe and efficient working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Pack and handle products according to production and quality requirements.
• Ensure products are correctly packed, labelled and presented.
• Monitor the production line and report any issues or abnormalities.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area in line with 5S and safety standards.
• Assist with basic line activities and support production targets.
• Perform quality checks and report any defects or deviations.
• Follow all company procedures relating to quality, safety and production.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a manufacturing, production or packing environment would be advantageous.
• Good attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work shifts.
• Physically able to perform the requirements of the role.
• Good communication skills.
