EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a waiter, or
• 3+ years’ experience in a customer service environment.
• Experience working with retirees or older guests will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of Pilot POS will be an advantage.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Friendly, polite, patient, and respectful.
• Fluent in both English and Afrikaans.
• Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Has a natural ability to build rapport with guests and apply subtle, effective sales techniques.
• Maintains a professional appearance and takes pride in delivering excellent service.
• Is reliable, punctual, and able to work shifts as required.
• Has their own reliable transport.
• Has a clear criminal record.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Matric certificate or equivalent qualification.
• Valid South African identity document, or a valid work permit and passport.
• Relevant experience as outlined above.
• Contactable references from previous employers.
• Availability to work shifts as operationally required.
