National Branch Manager Job at Pollock & Associates

• Reporting to the Head of Sales & Marketing, you will lead the Branch Managers of an established national branch network, driving market growth, channel relationships and consistent standards in every branch.

What you will own

• Market attack plans and regional share growth
• Distributor and trade installer relationships across the network
• Branch processes, service levels and repair turnaround
• Branch cost centres, stock control and KPIs

What you bring

• A business, sales or operations qualification
• 10+ years in management, including 5 years running a full branch
• 3+ years managing managers across multiple locations
• Technical products experience through distributor and installer channels
• You build Branch Managers who can run their branches without you
• You show up in the branches and follow through on what you find

Your technical toolkit

• CRM and repair tracking system implementation
• KPI analysis, budgeting and cost centre management
• Stock management and branch process standardisation
