Description
About the job:
- This is a high-ownership hybrid position split into two core areas of focus. 60% Logistics Coordination & Support: Tracking premium shipments, assisting with customs clearing, and managing meticulous client communication. 40% Executive Assistant Support: Working directly alongside the founder to streamline business operations, manage schedules, and execute key business tasks.

- Comfortable putting in extra hours during seasonal peaks or when high-stakes shipments require it.
