eCommerce Service Agent (Centurion) Job at Senwes

 Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries and resolve product, pricing, order, delivery and returns queries.
• Monitor orders and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely fulfilment.
• Maintain accurate product, pricing, stock and customer records.
• Monitor online order processing, investigate discrepancies and escalate technical issues.
• Prepare operational reports and dashboards to track performance and identify trends

Requirements

• National Senior Certificate with a minimum of 2 experience in e-commerce platforms. A relevant Diploma or Certificate will be advantageous.
• Experience with Magento, WordPress and Shopify.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and organisational skills.
