Job Description

• An established organisation within the automotive sector is seeking a technically strong and hands-on Paint Line Supervisor / Team Leader to join their production team.
• This role is suited to an experienced production professional who is confident leading a team, resolving technical challenges and ensuring that production, quality and safety standards are consistently maintained.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operation of the paint line
• Lead, supervise and coordinate the production team on the floor
• Ensure production targets, quality standards and efficiencies are achieved
• Identify and troubleshoot technical issues to minimise downtime
• Monitor workflow and production processes
• Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency
• Ensure adherence to safety requirements, procedures and standards
• Provide hands-on support and technical guidance to the team

Requirements

• Relevant Engineering qualification
• Automotive industry experience – essential
• Previous experience in a supervisory or team leadership role
• Strong technical and mechanical problem-solving ability
• Experience within a production or manufacturing environment
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work shifts and overtime when required
