About the role:

  • We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Product Manager to support the Product Head in delivering best-in-class Salesforce-based solutions. This role is responsible for optimizing the product throughout its lifecycle by directing its development and enhancement in close partnership with the Software Development Manager and cross-functional teams. The successful candidate will help prioritize and sequence product builds, ensuring alignment with business needs and technical capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead product strategy and roadmap development for Salesforce-based solutions.
  • Manage cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact digital products.
  • Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to deployment and optimization.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define business needs and translate them into functional Salesforce solutions.
  • Drive Agile product development and backlog prioritization.
  • Develop business analysis artefacts to support product design and delivery.
  • Conduct stakeholder workshops and facilitate requirements elicitation.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and risk oversight in product delivery.
  • Mentor and coach product and business analysis teams.

Min Experience:

  • At least 3 years’ management/ team management / team lead experience; senior level product development or product manager/owner 
  • 5+ years’ experience managing, developing and delivering Salesforce products.
  • Working at tactical and operational levels and providing input into product strategy and business planning.
  • Practical knowledge of salesforce and the capabilities it offers are non-negotiable.
  • Integrating business and technical product segments to achieve objectives, delivery and targets.  
  • Career experience to include some time in one or more technical roles.
  • Communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders across multiple business units. 
  • Authoring of documents relating to product life cycle including business plans, product roadmap, business cases and requirements and functional specifications.
  • Scoping/running usability studies and/or customer research.
  • Using data and metrics to test theories, confirm assumptions, and measure success Client development and validating products through customer feedback.
  • Aligning operational initiatives and/or projects to corporate strategies and objectives Achieving goals and objectives through cross functional teams.
  • Managing and working with remote / hybrid teams. Leading and managing multi-functional teams to deliver Business development in a banking/financial landscape

Education (Minimum)

  • Bachelor’s Degree
