Sales Supervisor – Worcester Bakery needed at PepsiCo

Responsibilities

Job Overview:

Supervising staff

• Ensure development and growth across all categories by achieving revenue and volume targets as per Annual Operating Plan. Market visits. Promote sales by introducing merchandising and display techniques to Sales Reps. Keeps the organization informed of competitor activity and customer status.
• Business development and growth of customer base. Ability to access, analyze sales and apply insights to sales reports to drive growth
• Achievement of revenue and volume target as per Annual Operating Plan 
• Obtain new business as per Annual Operating Plan 
• Access and analyze reports to drive continuous improvement  

Management of staff

• Compile and implement sales & promotional plan 
• Manage costs to stay within the AOP 
• Visit and support customers 
• Manage customer complaints 
• Compile monthly Sales reports  

Qualifications

• 3-year Business/Commercial Tertiary qualification or equivalent 
• 3 years working experience in FMCG environment, with 1 year in a selling role/selling experience 
• Valid driver’s license  
• Leaderships skills 
• Good communication skills 
• Good clerical and computer skills
