Job Description
- First Technology Centurion is looking for a dynamic and experience Pre-Sales Consultant acts as a strategic bridge between customers, sales, marketing, product development and technical teams, combining deep product expertise with strong communication skills to understand customer needs, design tailored solutions, and present them in a compelling way that drives value-based selling and wins new business.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement
- Engage with clients to understand their business challenges and translate them into solution requirements.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders throughout the sales cycle.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and emerging opportunities.
Solution Development
- Develop compelling proposals and solution designs using First Technology Group products and services.
- Deliver engaging product demonstrations and proof-of-concept presentations, often in collaboration with Group companies.
- Ensure all solutions are customized to address the unique needs and goals of each client.
Sales Support
- Assist the sales team in preparing and responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and other client documentation.
- Provide technical expertise and insight throughout the sales process.
- Support post-presentation follow-ups, addressing client concerns and clarifying solution details.
Strategic Contribution
- Identify new markets and business opportunities aligned with the company’s growth strategy.
- Offer insights and feedback to product development teams based on client interactions and industry trends.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the sales process and overall success of the sales team.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5 + years of experience in a Pre-Sales, Solutions Engineering, or Technical Consulting role in the IT Industry
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), proposal tools, and technical sales platforms.
- Hands-on experience with [insert relevant technologies, platforms, or industries – e.g., cloud platforms, SaaS, cybersecurity, etc.].
