Job Description
- The Maintenance Technician is responsible for keeping the hotel facilities in optimum condition by performing preventive maintenance and repairs on hotel power plant machinery.
- The job incumbent follows hotel and corporate policies and guidelines, and the hotel’s business plan.
Qualifications
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Technical skills and experience in engineering are required for this job
- The successful candidate needs to have a Yes I Can! Attitude
- Must be flexible, motivated and a team player.
- Must be able to work shifts and show willingness to work extended hours
- Previous experience in a similar position is advantageous
- Initiative and aptitude must have been shown in existing position
- Able to lift heavy objects safely
- Able to climb a ladder and work at heights
- Speak, read and write
- Ability to work with power tools safely
