The Opportunity: Account Manager
- The Account Manager plays a pivotal role at Webwiser, managing key client relationships and leading project delivery across digital, creative, and technical teams.
- You’ll act as the strategic link between clients and the agency, ensuring we deliver work that’s not only on brief but drives tangible results.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for your assigned clients, building strong and trusted partnerships.
- Lead client communication and strategy alignment, ensuring their goals are clearly understood and executed.
- Work closely with creative, content, digital, and development teams to deliver impactful campaigns and web projects.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and project scopes to ensure smooth delivery and high-quality outputs.
- Present campaign and creative work to clients with confidence and clarity.
- Track campaign performance and prepare reports with insights and recommendations.
- Identify opportunities for growth and improvement within each account.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to help them develop within the client service function.
Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience in account management, preferably within a digital marketing or creative agency.
- A strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, PPC, social media, content, web).
- Excellent project management and client communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously.
- A proactive, collaborative approach with a keen eye for detail.
