• We need a hands-on creative who’s ready to lead by doing: craft stunning digital + marketing assets daily, while mentoring a talented team to hit new heights. You’ll pair up with our Creative Manager to keep the vibe high, standards higher, and everyone growing.

You’ll:

• Design campaign assets that turn heads
• Mentor designers with sharp feedback & genuine support
• Keep templates fresh, workloads visible, and quality sky-high
• Spark fresh ideas with competitor intel
• Run 1:1s that actually move careers forward
• Co-own appraisals, leave admin, and crystal-clear comms

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate is a strong designer who enjoys collaborating and supporting others. They are confident in their craft, calm in their approach, and motivated to help both people and ideas grow.
• 4–6 years of design experience, preferably within an in-house or agency set-up. With a strong digital portfolio and campaign experience. Experience in digital and print design preferred.
• Ability to deliver high-quality creative work, often under shifting timelines
• Experience giving feedback or mentoring peers, even informally
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects and Premiere Pro, HTML and 3D a plus.)
• Experience using structured workflows or traffic systems (e.g., OMG, Airtable, Monday.com, Basecamp)
• Good communication skills, especially around creative discussions and feedback
• An interest in the gaming or entertainment industry, and curiosity around what makes campaigns effective
• Tertiary qualification in Design, Visual Communication, or related field preferred.
