Financial Project Manager needed at Lexdan Select

• Lexdan Select is assisting a drilling and blasting company in their search for a Financial Project Manager, based in Centurion.
• This is a hybrid role.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of financial projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and stakeholder expectations.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including timelines, scope, resources, and budget tracking.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, operations, and IT teams to gather requirements, identify risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Utilise financial modelling and analysis techniques to inform project decisions and drive business outcomes.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and outcomes.
• Mentor and guide project teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in financial project management or related fields.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale financial projects from inception to completion.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and drive actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for stakeholder engagement and embraces change management as a passion.
