Senior Operations Executive 

• My client is looking for a dynamic leader from the freight and logistics industry to join a top supply chain organisation operating across multiple African regions.
• This senior role reports directly to the Managing Director and oversees regional General Managers and Business Development Managers.
• You’ll drive revenue growth, operational excellence, and strategic alignment across the business.

What you’ll do:

• Lead and align operational and commercial strategies across regions
• Oversee performance of regional teams, fostering collaboration and excellence
• Standardise processes, drive efficiency, and ensure compliance
• Manage key accounts and business development initiatives

Required Skills:

• 5+ years senior leadership experience in freight, logistics, supply chain, or related industries
• Proven track record in commercial and operational leadership
• Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and analytical skills
• Experience in shipping operations, port management, or African markets is a plus
