Job Specification

  • Reporting to the Logistics Manager, the incumbent would be responsible for all activities associated with that of the inventory of the Distribution Centre.

Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12
  • 4 years related experience
  • Computer literate with good people skills and who can work independently

Key performance indicators include:

  • Fuel stock receipts capturing
  • Control over and handling of stock takes
  • Handling of orders for truck and route planning
  • Handling of orders and invoices for services and expenses
  • Handling inquiries
  • Liasing with customers
  • Handling / checking of stock
  • Office administration related to the aforementioned
  • Supervision over forecourt operations
  • Ad hoc tasks as required from time to time
