Description
To operate equipment in accordance with company standards and procedures
- Efficiently and accurately operate equipment according to operating procedures, instructions, and schedules
- Ensure prime quality production in accordance with quality plan
- Adhere to operating requirements were assigned to.
- Continuously reporting to Production Technician on any observed defect /Deviation, unsafe conditions from the operating parameters or production requirements.
- Ensure compliance with the requirements of Safety, Health and Environmental Standards and Procedures.
- Adhere to safe work practice and good housekeeping (6S)
- Accurate calibration of gauges during start of shift
- Applying appropriate roll bending pressures to avoid pinching as per SO
Requirements
- Grade 12, with Maths & Science
- Production/ Operations Certificate will add advantage
- Minimum of five (5) years manufacturing experience as an operator
