About the Opportunity:

  • The ADvTECH ECD Internship Programme offers aspiring Early Childhood Development educators the opportunity to gain practical, hands-on experience while studying. Interns support experienced ECD teachers in creating stimulating, age-appropriate learning spaces that foster curiosity, growth, and emotional development in young children.

Minimum Requirements:

Currently studying or intending to study towards an ECD qualification, such as:

  • Higher Certificate in ECD
  • Diploma in ECD
  • A passion for early childhood development and working with young children (0–6 years)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A nurturing, patient, and child-centred approach to learning
  • Willingness to learn, grow, and participate actively in the ECD environment
  • Alignment with the values and ethos of ADvTECH Schools

  • Classroom Support: Assists teachers with daily routines, activities, and learning experiences
