Job Description

• We are seeking a skilled CO2 Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing welding activities in a safe and efficient manner. The CO2 Welder will work with a variety of materials and tools to produce high-quality welds according to specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret mechanical drawings and blueprints
• Set up welding equipment and select appropriate materials and tools
• Perform CO2 welding on a variety of metals
• Inspect completed welds to ensure they meet quality standards
• Properly clean and maintain welding equipment
• Adhere to safety procedures and regulations at all times
• Communicate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience as a CO2 Welder
• Certification in CO2 welding preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Physical strength and stamina to perform welding activities for extended periods
• Willingness to adhere to safety protocols and regulations
