You’ll ensure smooth workflow across teams, manage resources and timelines, and uphold the highest operational standards to deliver outstanding creative work—fast, efficiently, and collaboratively.
  • This mid-level role requires an agile multitasker who thrives under pressure, loves orchestrating people and projects, and understands the nuances of working across global teams and time zones.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the South African Dobbino team (2x Senior Creatives, 1x Editor, 1x Animator, 1x Digital Designer).
  • Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and priorities between SA and Atlanta-based stakeholders.
  • Maintain clear communication across teams—bridging time zones, languages, and work styles.
  • Track and report project progress, resource allocation, and deadlines.
  • Identify bottlenecks and proactively solve operational challenges.
  • Collaborate closely with the Atlanta Operations and Client Directors to ensure all projects run on time and on brief.
  • Champion process efficiency, operational excellence, and team morale.
  • Support the onboarding, scheduling, and workload management of team members.
  • Facilitate smooth delivery of creative assets through established systems and workflows.
  • Foster a positive, performance-oriented remote team culture.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years’ experience in project or operations management, preferably within an agency or creative production environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple creative projects simultaneously across distributed teams.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and people management skills.
  • Excellent communicator—clear, diplomatic, and responsive.
  • Comfortable working under pressure and adapting to evolving priorities.
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g. Workfront (ideally), Monday.com, Asana, or similar).
  • Familiarity with creative workflows (concepting, design, production, post-production).
  • Detail-oriented, process-driven, and solution-focused.
  • Independent self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, global environment.

Bonus:

  • Experience working with international teams (particularly US-based).
  • Agency experience in social-first or digital content production.
