Group Business Systems Intern needed at Mediclinic

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

• To support the transformation of the business through the implementation and support of HR systems and processes across Mediclinic’s three operating divisions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

• Project Implementation Support
• General Administration
• Create and maintain training material and facilitation
• Identify and test Success factors system configuration (Basic Testing)
• Systems Support
• Continuous Improvement and Quality Management

REQUIRED EDUCATION

ESSENTIAL EDUCATION

• Bachelor degree
• Computer literacy

DESIRED EDUCATION

• Teritary degree in HR, Industrial psychology, Commerce, Information Systems

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

ESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE

• N/A

DESIRED EXPERIENCE

• 1-2 years in HR systems field
