Senior Sage X3 Developer needed at SynergERP Ltd

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, develop, and customize Sage X3 solutions to meet business requirements, including enhancements, module developments, and system integrations.
• Complete code reviews for junior developers.
• Work on integrating Sage X3 with other business applications, third-party tools, and external systems to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.
• Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and data analytics solutions using Sage X3 tools and third-party reporting tools.
• Work directly with clients to understand their technical needs and translate them into actionable development tasks.
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and system maintenance to ensure the smooth operation of the Sage X3 ERP system.
• Follow release processes.
• Work closely with internal consultants and end-users to understand business processes, gather requirements, and translate them into technical solutions.
• Manage and cultivate strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides for developed solutions.
• Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and system testing to ensure the quality and functionality of developed solutions.
• Provide training and support to end-users on Sage X3 functionalities and custom-developed solutions

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Sage X3 development and customization.
• Experience with Sage X3 module development, workflows, and system integrations.
• Proficiency in SQL, X3 Scripting, and other relevant programming languages.
• Experience with third-party tools and applications integrated with Sage X3.
• Knowledge of ERP system architecture and database management.
• Sage X3 certification (advantageous).
