Requirements:
- Matric Certificate
- Diploma/Degree (NQF level 6) in Community Development/Development Studies/ Public Administration or Management/Business Administration/Local Government/Social Sciences/Public Governance as recognised by SAQA
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience as Community Development Worker/Practitioner
- A valid driver’s license.

Duties:
- Monitor interaction between government and communities
- Review identified households and communities service delivery needs
- Review household and community profiles
- Monitor promotion of community participation
- Monitor community advocacy programmes.
