Role Description
The role involves:
- Managing day-to-day client interactions.
- Ensuring operational efficiencies are always implemented and adhered to.
- Overseeing various aspects of studio operations.
- Delivering exceptional service and products to customers.
- Maintaining and assisting in the implementation of FSSC accreditation.
Qualifications
- Minimum matric level qualification required (a degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred).
- Strong experience in FMCG operations management (preferred industries: [e.g., food and beverage, consumer goods]).
- Prior experience in client management/retention environments (minimum 5 years).
- Proven ability to work in fast-paced environments while handling multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.
- Previous experience in high-volume customer satisfaction and communication roles (minimum 5 years).
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong English language communication ability (written and spoken) with a people-centric approach.
- Analytical skills essential.
- Mature and tactful approach to the working/client environment.
