Job Purpose
- TicketPro is looking for proactive and detail-oriented Putco Sales Consultant to join their dynamic Operations team in Soweto. This role is central to serving Putco passengers through excellent customer interaction, efficient ticket sales, and accurate stock and shift management.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage daily cashier shift activities.
- Allocate ticket stock and ensure accurate recording of stock serial numbers.
- Perform daily shift reconciliations (cash, stock, and float).
- Maintain strict control and security of ticket stock.
- Provide face-to-face customer service, resolve queries, and escalate as needed.
- Uphold internal procedures and deliver personal performance standards.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous learning and adaptability.
