Code 10 Driver – Epping, Cape Town needed at Impact

Job Description

• We are seeking a reliable and experienced Code 10 Driver to join our team. As a Code 10 Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods and materials safely and efficiently to various locations. This role requires strong driving skills, a valid Code 10 driver’s license, and a good knowledge of road safety regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Drive company vehicles to transport goods and materials to designated locations
• Follow all safety regulations and traffic laws while operating vehicles
• Ensure all deliveries are completed in a timely manner
• Inspect vehicles before and after trips and report any maintenance issues
• Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel usage, and deliveries
• Assist with loading and unloading goods as needed
• Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients

Requirements:

• Valid Code 10 driver’s license
• Minimum of 2 years of driving experience
• Clean driving record with no traffic violations
• Good knowledge of road safety regulations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physically fit to handle loading and unloading tasks
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience driving commercial vehicles or trucks
• Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance and repair
• Familiarity with GPS navigation systems
