Requirements
- Matric Certificate; Maths and Accounting as subjects would be an advantage
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience as Parts Manager in a large dealership with a proven track record
- Hands-on management and self-driven abilities, coupled with analytical and problem-solving skills and integrity
- Advanced computer literacy
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word and MS Outlook
- Competent in all aspects of running a large parts department
- Accuracy and strong attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Ability to work productively in a high-pressure environment
Duties / Responsibilities
- Manage the sales, staff, and finances within the Parts Department
- Maintain inventory records and implement Franchise Standards within the department
- Monitor all progress, expected completion times, and administrative processes
- Promote and implement customer enthusiasm and owner loyalty to grow existing and new customer relationships
- Lead, develop, and motivate staff
