Requirements

  • Matric Certificate; Maths and Accounting as subjects would be an advantage
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience as Parts Manager in a large dealership with a proven track record
  • Hands-on management and self-driven abilities, coupled with analytical and problem-solving skills and integrity
  • Advanced computer literacy
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word and MS Outlook
  • Competent in all aspects of running a large parts department
  • Accuracy and strong attention to detail

Duties / Responsibilities

  • Manage the sales, staff, and finances within the Parts Department
  • Maintain inventory records and implement Franchise Standards within the department
  • Monitor all progress, expected completion times, and administrative processes
  • Promote and implement customer enthusiasm and owner loyalty to grow existing and new customer relationships
  • Lead, develop, and motivate staff
