Claims Supervisor needed at FEM

Job Description

• The successful candidate will be responsible for correctly administering claims.
• The candidate will be guiding, directing, and ensuring operational delivery for the Claims team to achieve agreed goals and results. Furthermore, the candidate will provide service excellence by ensuring claims turnaround times are met. Similarly, to supervise staff which includes training and development of Medical Claims Administrators.
• The minimum requirements of the position are a B degree in Nursing or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years prior work experience in a clinical or multi-disciplinary life and disability claims environment and at least 2 years’ experience as a Team Leader with performance management experience.
• Further requirements are knowledge of the COID Act, good computer skills, the ability to work within strict deadlines and in a highly pressurised environment, reliability, and excellent communication complete our requirements.
