 Duties will include the following:

  • Drive sustainable regional sales growth and meet performance targets.
  • Optimize marketing materials aligned with area strategy.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, agents, and farmers.
  • Identify and support new producers to expand the BASF portfolio.
  • Ensure accurate budgeting for timely product availability.
  • Position strategic products effectively in the market.
  • Lead regular meetings with regional teams and customers.
  • Organize and support farmer days, sales events, and on-farm technical assistance.
  • Deliver stewardship and safe handling training to farm managers and workers.
  • Conduct technical training and implement tailored action plans for customers.

WHAT YOU OFFER

  • Degree in Agricultural Sales or Marketing
  • Minimum 5 years of combined sales and technical experience in agriculture
  • Proven expertise in fungicides, herbicides, and pesticides
  • Strong knowledge of plant health and crop care; CropLife certification is a plus
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
